Not sure what has gotten into me lately… I've been baking almost every night, if not other night. Despite a tiring day at work and all, I still have this ounce of "high" to indulge in baking! Its so addictive it's not funny... Hope I'm not possessed.
I see you all asking "wah bake so much, who will eat?" Well thanks to D and my fellow colleagues, they have been kind enough to "bong chan" my amateurish cakes and muffins. It is tiring but worth all the hard work. At the end of the day the joy of baking is seeing how much people enjoy them :)
